Vegitable oil has good potential as alternateive fuel since they are readily available and renewable.The disadvantages are production cost expensive,transportations, conversion of engine for use and emission to the atmosphere.considerable research is going on in this field.It is reported that cottonseed oil gave the highest thermal efficiencyof all fuels tested including diesel fuel.We can hope that this renewable source will serve as a future fuel source for vehicles.
